“Hey Scotty, we’re thinking about making a new XPA. It’ll start with a blend of 2 Row & Pils malt, mashed a little cool so it finishes extra dry, but with a couple CaCl additions so the body and softness remains. Then we’ll layer the hot side hop additions – mostly Citra & Mosaic – before bringing in some 🔥🔥🔥 Galaxy (both pellets and Abstrax Quantum Brite) on the cold side. We’ll try our best to keep the haziness down, but you know, our yeast and process can only do so much. After 4 weeks, it should be good to go, with notes of nectarine, papaya, mango and freshly spun dole whip. Whatcha think?”
