We’re gonna make this order extra easy for you. This is the beer you want. It was hopped with a complex and juicy combination of Nectaron, Rakau, & Citra. The Nectaron and Citra are all peachy/apricoty/orangey and the Rakau adds some bright berry and passionfruit – so it’s basically reminiscent of a Jamba Juice refrigerator. It’s hazy looking with a slightly minerally mouthfeel and a pretty dry and snappy finish. When you go up to our bar at either location, or talk to a bartender/server elsewhere, just tell them you want ‘That One.’ And if people keep asking you what you ordered, because of how pleased your facial expression is while drinking this beer, welp, just tell them  ‘THAT ONE!’  And then when it’s sold out and long gone, feel free to reminisce and inquire about it, ie “Are you ever gonna bring That One IPA back or nah?” And that’s that.
