One time, several harvests ago, we brewed a beer called “The Essence of Wetness.” This beer is the sequel, just like Zoolander 2. Except this version is better than the original, because Zoolander 2 was pretty meh. And yes, The Essence of Wetness was a fabulous beer…but we’ve gotten better at making beer since then. Thus, we strutted all the way to Toppenish to pick up beautiful Mosaic from Perrault Farms, turned left (!), and promptly drove back (with a stop at the Ellensburg Starbucks for Orange Mocha Frappucinnos, obvs.) At 22#/bbl, this is certainly not a wet hop beer for ants. They say there’s more to life than just being really, really, ridiculously good at wet hopping. We’ll believe it when we see it.
