As is the custom, this beer is loaded with 18#/bbl of FRESH GREEN WHOLE CONE Strata from Goschie Farms in Silverton, Oregon. But wait, there’s more! In addition to using some Strata in the dry hop, we also used some frozen fresh Simcoe as well. Why? BECAUSE WE CAN. Get it while the getting’s good – as this beer is sure to be more elusive than a Jaguar Shark.
