It’s our last wet/fresh hop IPA of the season so we decided to CANNONBALL!!!! into this recipe and use THREE DIFFERENT HOP VARIETIES. We’ve got wet Mosaic and Wet Krush from Perrault Farms, combined with some Fresh Kilned Comet from Loza Farms. The end result is arguably our most complex beer of the season, with notes of yellow pineapple, fruit punch, orange marmalade and lime peel, finishing with an assertive grassy/leafy bite. Every harvest is exhausting, exciting chaos – but by the end, we’re already looking forward to next season. Oh, how lucky and spoiled we are. Sipping from a wishing well, blown to hell – CRASH, it’s the last splash.
