The NEEZ BEEZ IPA
IPA7.0% ABV57 IBU
The first IPA brew after harvest is always a breath of fresh air. Or more like, an exhale of hot air? It’s a welcome relief, is what we’re saying. We LOVE brewing freshies and wetties but the brew days are almost 2 hrs longer and a lot more intensive. The “hop out” is messy and sticky. We have to jerry rig lots of process piping with hoses, etc etc. So YAY! A “normal” IPA! It’s been over a month since we used some hops from the other hemisphere, and that wait ends with this beer. Our favorite lots of Nelson, some new lots of Nectaron, and a little splash of Riwaka to bring the funk combine for a New Zealand-style whirlwind of tropical fruit flavors that just can’t be replicated by North American hops. It’s the Neez Beez, bb!
