Hops from New Zealand are awesome and we love them. Nelson Sauvin is fire emoji and Motueka is a complex combination of wood and bitter citrus. But this Pale has NEITHER of them in it. NONE. There’s a whole lotta other hops coming out of New Zealand, that get a lot less love. At our brewery, we call them “the others”. So we made a crisp little pale with WAIMEA, RAKAU, & MOUTERE to see what they can do. The end result are pleasant notes of sweet citrus, lemongrass, & fresh cut flowers. Subtle, fruity, floral, delicious…let us show you New Zealand.
