Attention! This pale ale was brewed 24#/bbl of Day 1 Organic Simcoe from Perrault Farms. It is one of the wettest hopped beers we’ve ever brewed. And to top is all off, we also had the Seattle Times follow us around from farm to brewery. Before they entered our worlds, they were warned.
