Frankly, we are not familiar with Frank Zappa’s music catalog. Nor are we very familiar with this Zappa hop variety. All we know is that our friends at CLS Farms grow phenomenal hops. And that this hop is new. And also, of the wild Neomexicanus origin. Aaaand that it smells and tastes very tropical – with notes of pineapple, key lime, mango, and spice. We consider ourselves lucky to be able to brew with it, as this is the only fresh hop version in the world that currently exists. Get to know this hop. And this music.
