OH FUCK YES fresh and wet and wet and fresh hop beers are coming out in full force these days! And for this one, we used THREE different varieties from THREE different farms – Centennial from CLS Farms, Amarillo from VGF Farms, and Simcoe from Perrault Farms. These hops might not be the coolest kids on the blocks these days – WETABOUTIT?! They still pull more than their own weight in IPAs brewed all around the country. Sure, most of you get more excited for other varieties in the pipeline and deflect when questioned…WETSTHATABOUT?! This beer is here, fresher than fresher, right now, and you are lucky to be in its presence. And no, don’t you dare point to that cold side Centennial version you tried a couple weeks ago….
