We used both wet (unkilned, green) Citra and fresh (kilned, loose) Strata from B&D Farms throughout the brew day to infuse maximum wet and fresh hop character. We also dry-hopped this with some Crosby CGX NUVO Strata hops, which is essentially frozen cryo wet hop powder. The end result is enough hop harvest flavor to make you weep.
