Our 2019 Simcoe hops, from Loftus Ranches, are some of the best we’ve ever had. And combined with some of the best English base malt in the world – Thomas Fawcett Maris Otter – WHAT IS NOT TO LOVE?! The resinous, ruby red grapefruit notes of Simcoe play so well with the rich depth of Maris. And just to accentuate the citrus – we added some Comet, Motueka, & Sabro hops, layering in notes of key lime & lemon peel.
