Late last Summer, we teamed up with Haas & HPA and brewed this recipe with some AMAZING lots of Galaxy from the 2023 and 2024 crop. Like no joke – THEY WERE THE BEST GALAXY WE HAVE EVER BREWED WITH and we triumphantly declared that THIS HOP IS BACK, BABY! Welp, Haas & HPA were also stoked on the beer, so much so they wondered if we would brew it again for their upcoming booth at the Craft Brewer’s Conference and we said FUCK YEAH LETS GO. This time, we used some of their Citra Incognito as well – a natural pairing as there ever was – and voila! All the notes of yellow peach, papaya, tangerine, and mango. Come on Barbie, let’s go party…AGAIN!
