Every time we play around with new hops and combinations, a few of you mention ex-beers and how awesome they were and that you wish we’d make them again. AND THIS TIME WE DID. We thought it was done, gone forever, over and out. It practically burnt the brewery down as it left. But here it is, asking to be brewed again – with all the choicest Citra and Mosaic hops in the cooler. And let’s not forget about the underrated third hop on the bill – Hallertau Blanc – that gives it a little concord grape twist. You walked away, we moved on, wounds heal…don’t make us regret brewing you again, ok?
