This time around, we decided to go all out on super duper citrus forward hop profile. Like tangerine flesh and orange peel and mandarin leaves and grapefruit pith – but with just hops. So, we loaded the recipe up with Simcoe, Citra, Mandarina, Cascade, and Hop 522, and told them to have at it. The end result is zippy and zesty and pithy and juicy. What does the name mean? We don’t know. It’s just kind of how it tastes. Is this description kind of meh? Yeah, kinda but it’s hard to write about a made up word. We’ll just let the beer do the talking.
